Park Bo-young returned to the V app on Wednesday with a broadcast featuring only her voice.

“Why are you all still awake at this late hour?” Park teased her fans, who left real-time comments saying they were awake out of love for Park.

“Today is a day I want to give you consolation more than for myself,” Park said, alluding to the recent death of K-pop star Jonghyun.

“It’s all going to be all right. Please be strong. It’s going to be all right in the end,” Park said. “I want to pat your pained hearts. (We have) so much sadness to cope with.”

Fans returned consoling remarks to Park as well.

“I want to stay sad as long as I need to to get over this,” Park said.

Park played soothing music in the background and listened together with fans, in the audio broadcast of about 45 minutes.
