Monsta X’s Jooheon revealed Wednesday that he was in a minor car accident via the Naver V app.
Wearing a black mask, Jooheon told viewers that he had sustained a minor injury around his mouth due to the car accident earlier that day.
“Fans told me that my mask looks cool, but actually, I had a minor car accident this morning. I wore the mask to hide the injury. But don’t worry too much,” he said.
According to the singer’s agency Starship Entertainment, the accident occurred due to a speeding vehicle. Other Monsta X members also said that Jooheon’s injury was not serious.
“To all drivers, please don’t speed. It’s such a relief that he wasn’t hurt badly,” they added.

Actress Nam Ji-hyun took to the Naver V app to offer advice to fans who are taking the college entrance exam Thursday.
The broadcast Wednesday featured the actress talking with fans while enjoying snacks such as gimbap and tteokbokki.
“Tomorrow is the college entrance exam day, which was delayed for a week due to recent earthquakes in Pohang. I hope you will do your best,” she said to fans.
“I know how important it is to feel psychologically stable on that day, because I have taken it before as well. I’m worried that some of you may feel anxious right now.”
She went on to encourage fans, saying, “Some may worry over not being able to show one’s full ability on the test due to some unexpected events. But such things will not happen.”
Nam once again advised fans to believe in themselves and take the test without feeling too stressed.

Wednesday’s broadcast featured the idol walking quickly down a street while shouting “Excuse me, let me do this broadcast first!” to cheering fans who were following him.
It turned out that Dongwoo, whose birthday fell on Wednesday, was searching for a place to celebrate the day with a birthday cake.

“I just had my dinner, and I’d like to celebrate my birthday with the cake that my friend gave me. Can we meet after I finish this broadcast?” he said.
Dongwoo first went into a coffee shop, but returned to the street because of a crowd of fans who kept chasing him.
Surrounded by fans and his friends, Dongwoo finally took out the cake, which was made of ice cream, and sang a birthday song with them.
“Who gives an ice cream cake in this freezing winter?” the 27-year-old singer jokingly asked his friend.
