Jaesuk of rookie boy band Golden Child aired a V broadcast Monday to celebrate his birthday.

He opened up the broadcast by announcing that this year’s birthday is a particularly meaningful one for him. “It is the first birthday I am celebrating with my fans after our band’s debut earlier this year!” he said with excitement.

He asked the viewers if they saw the snow earlier in the day. “I am so glad snow fell on my birthday, I’d call it a ‘white birthday,’” said Jaesuk.

He then brought up a cake covered with just white cream, without any toppings. “I am going to decorate this cake from now on!” he said, in a bid to show off his artistic sense.

Jaesuk sprinkled some white chocolate chips on the cake, saying, “to portray the snow that fell on my birthday.” He also wrote his name on the cake in an edible ink, and topped it with cute candles.

Looking at the cake in front of him, he sang himself Happy Birthday before wrapping up the broadcast.
