[V Report Plus] Jackson of GOT7 demonstrates stretches, weight training

Jackson of boy band GOT7 encouraged fans to regularly do body stretches and weight training during a Naver V app show Saturday.
In the beginning of the show, Jackson stressed the importance of doing stretch exercises every morning before showing viewers his routine.

“My fans should stay healthy with this exercise,” he said. “Our fans and I should get along forever.”

The artist said stretching moves would help enhance blood circulation.

Before Jackson showed the stretching routine, he began with joint warm-up exercises for the back, knees, shoulders, wrists and neck. While rotating his neck, however, Jackson told fans not to raise their neck all the way back, so as to avoid a spine injury.

Soon, he turned to stretch moves for his calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, shoulders and neck.

“Do this every day, and you will live a new delightful life,” he said.

In the middle of the show, Jackson demonstrated some weight training moves, including exercises for biceps and triceps with dumbbells, smith machine-assisted deadlifts, push-ups and pull-ups, among others.

Jackson asked fans to do each move 10 times in sets of three to get the best results.

At the end of the show, Jackson emphasized the importance of good night sleep, which would require a room without lights on and without any noise.
