Jeonghan of Seventeen celebrated his birthday Tuesday with Naver V App viewers in a live show, 10 minutes before midnight.

Jeonghan appeared alone in the beginning of the live show with a pop-up box, with fellow members waiting behind the camera. When Jeonghan pressed the box, a “Happy Birthday” jingle came out with a clown toy.

The lead vocal of the 13-member boy band described how surprised he was when greeted with a birthday cake, an “unusual occasion” among members. The celebration took place Monday after playing futsal with bandmates and staff members at Pledis Entertainment.

Jeonghan revealed a list of birthday gifts from bandmates during the live show, including a white shirt from Hoshi, a lip balm from Dino and a children’s handwriting book from Seungkwan, among others.

He thanked his fan community Carat for celebrating his birthday.

Fellow Seventeen members took turns appearing and sending congratulatory messages to Jeonghan until the end of the show.
