Minah of K-pop girl group Girl’s Day spent an afternoon at an arcade on Sunday with four of her closest friends, including Hyeran of Brave Girls, Kid Monster of Hotshot and two non-singer friends.

“Guess where I am today,” Minah said before heading inside the arcade. “Today we’re going to play some games at the arcade.”

Roaming inside the arcade, Minah stepped inside a car-shaped cubicle to play what she said was her favorite game -- a popular pirate shooting game found at Korean arcades.

“You’re all dead!.... ahh I got hit,” Minah screamed while shooting at the villains in the game with much enthusiasm -- so much that she began to worry about protecting her throat.

The Girl’s Day member then headed to the basketball shooting corner to shoot some hoops together with Kid Monster. “You have to keep at it without stopping,” Minah said while struggling to make the shots.

Minah then hopped onto a motorcycle to play a motor bike game, swaying back and forth on the bike to steer and keep balance amid much cheers.

Minah and the entourage then held a contest to see who could punch the highest score on a punching machine -- which Kid Monster won. The day closed with a duel of air hockey.

“I had such a great time today,” Minah said. “Next time we’ll play the coin karaoke. Thank you so much and see you again next week!”

AOA’s Yuna

Yuna of AOA hosted her first VJ Live show on the V Live app, during which she sang covers of four Korean songs, communicated with her viewers and posed for pictures for her fans to screen-capture.

Standing in front of a digital backdrop flaunting vivid colors and special effects, Yuna led an interactive 30 minute live session for her fans at home and abroad.

“I feel both nervous and excited to be hosting a live show on my own without other AOA members. Please root for me today!” Yuna said.

Kicking off the show with a cover of As One’s “Do You Have to be Sorry,” Yuna went on to pose for several pictures, asking her fans to capture her in the prettiest way possible.

“Please make sure you take pretty pictures of me. I will check them out later,” she said, smiling and posing.

Yuna went on to sing a cover of IU’s Raindrop, and went on to tell viewers that AOA is very busy preparing for its next album. “We are preparing hard to make a great comeback, to meet your expectations.

With the aim of energizing her fans, Yuna delivered a lively cover of Hong Jin-young’s “Thumbs Up” followed by another photo session. Her first VJ Live show ended with a cover of Page’s “Don’t Let Separation Come.”

K-pop boy group Seventeen greeted its fans in Korea via the V Live app during a short break between its two fan meetings in Taiwan on Sunday.

“Surprise! We are taking a short break after finishing up our fan meeting in Taiwan and preparing for our second one. What are you guys doing?” asked the group’s leader S.Coups.

“We had lot of good food and finished a lot of work and such,” he said, with some of the group members standing next to him.

Returning from the bathroom, Seventeen member Seungkwan chimed in, saying “the bathroom had been so good” that he took a while to return.

“We miss you guys so much. It’s Chuseok soon. What are you up to? I heard it’s a long weekend. Please have a restful holiday everyone.”

Dokyeom went on to confess his love for volleyball, which the rest of the Seventeen members now follow because of him. “We are together watching an animation about volleyball called ‘Haikyu!!’ these days.”

S.Coups wrapped up the brief live session, asking fans to “stay tuned for more surprise V app appearances” in the future. “We are always thinking of you guys, so please keep us in mind as well. Bye for now!” he said.
