Baek A-yeon

Solo singer Baek A-yeon on Saturday celebrated on the V app the fourth anniversary of her debut.

She had debut in 2012 with the EP “I’m Baek.”

“Today’s broadcast concept is radio DJ, so call me Yeon DJ for today,” she said, adding, “You are listening to A-yeon’s Sweet FM.”

“I’m a bit nervous to be on V app today. I believe that it is you guys (fans) who allowed me to come this far,” A-yeon said after blowing out candles on a cake.

She performed in JYPnation concert in Japan last week along with fellow singers and K-pop groups under JYP Entertainment.

“Also, I had a chance to become an idol for one day, performing under the group name ‘G4’ with Jihyo from Twice, Suhyun from Akdong Musician and GFriend’s Yuju,” she said.

She wanted to feature her dogs Happy and Berry in the broadcast, but they were in a training center.


The performing artist then talked about her makeup skills and showed some products such as eye shadows and blushers.
She also talked about her taste in music.

“Today I tried some things that I have not done before like showing (viewers) my (makeup) pouch. Thank you for watching my show,” she said.

Baek has released hit songs such as “So So” that topped several music programs.


Akdong Musician


Sibling duo Akdong Musician appeared on Naver’s V app live on Saturday while heading to a festival in Gapyeong.

“We are almost here, but we didn’t really practice much. My sister was asleep the whole time,” the older brother said, adding that Suhyun has started to become lazy.

“Stop it!” Suhyun shouted as her brother got her on camera.

The two got into a small quarrel that made viewers laugh.

“Can you hear her? You must know what it feels like when your younger sibling says, ‘Yeah yeah yeah’ and ignores you while you are talking to them,” Chanhyuk said.

Then he moved on to talk about his upcoming birthday on Sept. 12.

“Thank you for your birthday presents. They came in advance,” the 21-year-old said. He showed his appreciation and said fans seem to know his fashion tastes, as they sent him clothes.

“I also enjoy looking at the cakes as they are different every year,” he added.

Akdong Musician debuted in 2014 with the EP “PLAY.”


UP10TION


K-pop group UP10TION appeared in a V app broadcast to celebrate its first anniversary.

The 10-member group stood before tables that had sweets and cake. The group’s members played rock, scissors, paper to earn some snacks. They also did a quiz show.

Holding a placard that read “Love you Honeyten,” they thanked fans.
