Rap Monster of boy band BTS broadcast alone through Naver V App in Tokyo Saturday, while waiting for his prestigious A-Nation gig Sunday.

“I‘ve never made a solo appearance through Naver V App,” he said. “My broadcast will be different from what my fellow BTS members did.”

He confessed that he cried a lot while watching tvN’s series “Dear My Friends” and said that the American romance movie “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” and Japanese flick “After the Storm” also made him emotional.

Rap Monster also said he had not witnessed Korea‘s blue sky yet, and encouraged fans to enjoy the blue sky during the short autumn season.

“We don’t look up to the sky, feeling preoccupied with something,” he said. “I heard looking at the sky for 20 minutes a day can make you feel much happier. We‘d better give it a try, especially in such a great weather.”

Rap Monster added he was glad that Frank Ocean, one of his favorite artists, released a new song called “Self Control.” He said he was also impressed by hip-hop artist Raury’s “CPU” and Korean singer Han Dong-geun‘s “Making a New Ending for This Story,” which has recently returned to the spotlight in Korea.

At the end of the show, Rap Monster promoted his new project "Dilemma." He teamed up with fellow artist group Homme and Bang Shi-hyuk, chief of his agency Big Hit Entertainment.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
