Boy band VIXX’s Hyuk made Australian-style Toowoomba pasta live on Naver’s V App on Thursday.

He added some chopped scallion, pepper and soybean sauce into a bowl of white cream and mixed them altogether. He had made the scallion sauce in advance, as it is required to sit for an hour.

Other ingredients needed for the recipe included pasta noodles, seasoned shrimps, mushrooms, cheese and garlic.

Hyuk appeared unsure of himself in the kitchen.

“Am I doing it correct?” he said. “All I have made (before this) was instant noodle.”

After he finished cooking, Hyuk ate the dish along with a staff member on location. They both looked surprised and shook their heads after tasting it. They drank some soft drink immediately after.

“Well, it’s not that bad, though” Hyuk said at the end of the show.
