Korean actor Lee Jung-jae on Wednesday held a live talk show to promote the upcoming film “Operation Chromite” on Naver’s V App on Wednesday.

He said that in the morning, he had been to multiple events to promote the movie, along with Irish actor Liam Neeson, who plays the film’s lead role Gen. Douglas MacArthur.

On his fellow actors in the film, Lee said he has done three projects with actor Lee Beom-su, so the two had “very good teamwork.”
Lee added that Neeson is a gentleman with a “charismatic yet mild” personality.

When asked to explain “Operation Chromite,” he said it revolves around acts of espionages during the Korean War, which would make the period movie more intriguing to moviegoers.

He reminded viewers of its release date in Korea on July 27 and in North America on Aug. 12.

Lee hopes the movie will attract more than 10 million filmgoers.
