The leader of K-pop group Girls’ Generation Taeyeon will be hosting a live show on Naver’s V app at 11 p.m. on Monday to mark her second album release.

During the session, she will introduce her album “Why” and talk about some behind-the-scenes stories.

Two teaser clips for her upcoming album have already garnered much attention from global fans, with the album hitting over 100,000 in presales.

It contains seven songs in total, including the title track “Why,” dance song “Up & Down” and retro-themed “Good Thing.”

The album is set to be released on Tuesday on Korean online music websites including Melon, Genie, Bugs.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit www.vlive.tv.
