The Saturday episode of BTS’ food show on the Naver V app, “BTS Eat Jin,” featured all the bandmates of show host Jin.

The episode, named “BTS Eat Jin Live: Birthday Foods,” took place in a Korean restaurant. The show was designed to celebrate the third anniversary of their debut.

Jin, donning a pink cap, appeared in front of the camera alone before showing viewers all the fellow members of the septet had joined the belated lunch in a restaurant.

Before they enjoyed Korean kimchi stew, meat wraps, sunny-side up eggs and many side dishes, J-Hope distributed bowls of rice to each member while announcing their birthday. However, J-Hope frustrated Rap Monster as he failed to remember his birthday correctly.

They exchanged some riddles they recalled from when they were trainees, and praised fans for “hearts” -- or likes -- sent to the show via the app.

Initially, host Jin planned to invite Bang Si-hyuk, owner of BTS’ agency Big Hit Entertainment. But on the date of the V app broadcast, he had left for Vietnam.

When asked why he was not engaged much in conversation, Suga said he is not talkative when eating. Jungkook had a little scar on his leg and impersonated a dying fish. Jimin made a vegetable wrap for show host Jin.

Before the end of the food show, they all agreed that they could find solace in Korea with its heartwarming dishes.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit www.vlive.tv.
