Born in 1997, Jungkook, the youngest member of the seven-member boy group turned 19 this year. He covered the costs for the trip, including flight tickets for the fellow members.
Koreans typically give those who turn 19 rose, perfume or a kiss on the coming-of-age day, which is the third Monday in May.
“I can’t still believe the day has really come,” members said.
Members held a party to celebrate his coming-of-age a day before.

The 3-minute clip showed trainees at the competition watching the first episode and reacting to the scenes. Trainees burst into laughter, seriously gazed at the screen without emotional change, or sometimes covered their faces with their hands when they made mistakes.
Competitors broke into groups made up of two or three to speak about their feelings in front of camera. Mostly they were confident that they would overcome the challenges.

The concert took place on May 6 in a live hall in western Seoul, featured solo musicians Davii and Heize. They were invited onstage to perform with Yong.
Yong performed songs such as “Slow” “Flower” “Caffeine” among others. Fans’ sing-alongs followed, which surprised Yong.
“I was overwhelmed by fans’ energy throughout the concert,” Yong said during an interview backstage.
