According to a report released Friday by media research firm Nielsen Korea, it recorded 8.7 percent nationwide for Thursday’s episode.

It features the male lead Cha Ji-won -- played by actor Lee Jin-wook -- planning his revenge against enemies.

Other dramas in the same time slot, SBS’ “Entertainer” and KBS2’s “Master: God of Noodle,” recorded 8.3 percent and 6.5 percent, respectively.

The MBC drama has been on the rise since KBS’ megahit “Descendants of the Sun” ended on April 14.
