K-pop boy band UP10TION performed a live showcase, titled UP10TION’S School Attention, Monday via Naver’s V app. Before the live showcase, the band’s third mini album, “Spotlight,” with its full track list was also revealed on the same day.

A total of seven tracks appear on the album, including the lovely duet “Cherish”, sung by UP10TION‘s Sunyoul and GFriend’s Yuju.

The band members -- Jinhoo, Bitto, Kogyeol, Xiao, Kuhn, Wei, Hwanhee, Wooshin, Sunyouol and Gyujin -- went to Jungwon High School in order to record their showcase live through the V app.

The surprising visit to the high school came about from a request from one of the group’s fans, who was later found to be the school principal. It was also revealed during the showcase that Kogyeol had actually attended Jungwon High School.

The concert, UP10TION’S School Attention, was broadcast live all over the world through the app. The boyish members kick-started the show with their debut title “So, Dangerous.” The band also boasted their dynamic performance of new tracks from the third mini album.


Jung Eun-ji makes her “Dream” come true

Jung Eun-ji‘s first mini-album “DREAM” was finally released through the V app at midnight Monday. Before the official debut as a single, the member of popular K-pop girl group Apink surprised her fans at the live show by performing her first single album.

Jung also released the official music video for her solo debut track “Hopefully Sky.” The track is featured on Jung’s first mini album titled “Dream,” and it is now available for purchase online.

“Hopefully Sky,” Jung’s first solo single, ranked at the top of all local major online charts, including MelOn, Mnet, Bugs, Olleh Music, Soribada, Genie, Naver Music and monkey3.



Lovelyz releases fresh individual teasers

A teaser for season four of “Lovelyz Diary” was finally released through the V app as the group’s return nears. According to the teaser, “Lovelyz Diary” will begin on April 28.

The group was first formed in 2014 by Woollim Entertainment, and consists of Baby Soul, Jiae, Jisoo, Mijoo, Kei, Jin, Sujeong and Yein.
