Korean prodigy acoustic guitarist Sungha Jung is set to greet fans live through his Naver V app channel on Sunday at 3 p.m.

The live fan meeting is designed to celebrate the launch of the 19-year-old acoustic guitar player’s channel on Saturday when he broadcast “The Milky Way” released in 2014.

Jung rose to stardom as a “genius” guitar player in 2006, when he was 10 years old. A series of clips of him flaunting his fingerstyle technique were uploaded on YouTube. He is widely known for mastering the technique on his own by watching videos of other guitarists.

Jung has collaborated with many renowned veteran guitar players such as German maestro Ulli Boegershausen, American guitarist Trace Bundy, Australian classic guitar player Tommy Emmanuel, American pop star Jason Mraz and Japanese fingerstyle guru Kotaro Oshio, among others. Jung also worked with K-pop stars including girl band 2NE1 and musician G-Dragon.

Jung is the first Korean, whose YouTube channel hit over 100 million views. He achieved the milestone in 2010, when he was only 14 years old.
