Popular K-pop girl group Apink hosted a Naver’s V app live show at 8 p.m. Thursday.

Some of the members delivered a present to a fan to celebrate the upcoming special day, White Day which falls on March 14.

In the beginning, they said that they had received about 2,500 stories from fans at home and abroad, including the U.S., China, the U.K and more. Then they briefly explained about the lucky recipient who they selected.

The members made a surprise visit to the recipient’s home and also gave a present to celebrate her birthday as well as White Day.

After they blew out the candles on her birthday cake, the young girl student showed some dance moves of Apink’s song titled “Remember” released in July 2015.

“This is a great gift and memory that my daughter will never forget forever, thank you so much,” said her father.
Apink members wrapped up the broadcast by taking some photos with the family, and also received some food from them.

Solo female singer Lee Hi launched her V live channel on the same day. She has recently returned with her new album “Seoulite” which has topped several online music charts since its release.

“Please always stay tuned for upcoming episodes,” said Lee. Then, she also mentioned about her double lead tracks titled “Breathe” and “Hold My Hand,” saying that they will please the ears.

The 19-year-old singer had appeared in SBS audition program “K-pop Star” season one, and got much public attention due to her excellent singing skills. She made a contract with the major agency, YG Entertainment after being a runner-up in the competition, and debuted with digital single “1, 2, 3, 4” in 2012.

Six-member boy band B.A.P appeared on the V app to select best drawings that they had received from their fans through their official fan cafe.

At first each member picked ten pictures, and then selected best three among them.

In the end, all the members sent thank-you message to their fans, and said that they plan to launch each member’s V app channels to frequently communicate with them.

Having debuted in 2012 with the title track “Warrior,” B.A.P released their fifth mini-album “Carnival” on Feb. 22. Moreover, the band has recently announced its world tour schedule via their official social media. It includes the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and even Russia and New Zealand. They are the first Korean singers to hold a concert in the last two countries.
