Korean trio Ladies‘ Code had their first Naver V app live broadcast Sunday, titled “Hello, We Waited for Long,” and gathered some 980,000 likes as of Monday at 10:30 a.m.

The three members, Ashley, Sojung and Zuny, talked about how they had been during their hiatus after the group was involved in a fatal car crash in September 2014, which claimed the lives of two of the former quintet’s members.

The members agreed that Ashley is an exercise maniac. Unlike other members, Ashley wakes up early and goes to the gym twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon.

The broadcast came after Sojung clinched a semifinalist spot in MBC’s professional singer contest “King of Mask Singer” on the Sunday episode, which led to a round of support from fans who watched the episode just hours before.

Members shared an episode during the recording session of their recent album, “Myst3ry.” They had a hard time figuring out what it was like to give a “seductive” mood to their title track, “Galaxy.” Ashley and Zuny turned off all the lights in the room, imagining themselves in outer space. Sojung at first didn‘t know that the song implies a connection with “extraterrestrial creatures.”

Also, Ladies’ Code was surprised to see that during the show their favorite songs were all different among three tracks in “Myst3ry”: “My Flower,” “Galaxy” and “Chaconne.”

In the middle, the members held up their album and showed fans pictorials included in the album jacket while talking about it.

Ladies‘ Code said about a fan meeting that they hoped to hold one “very soon,” but the date has not materialized.

Korean seven-member girl group Rainbow's members Woori and Jisook conducted a broadcast on their way to a KBS studio to feature as guests on KBS 2TV’s “Hello Counselor” on Sunday.

“Hello Counselor” is an entertainment show where the hosts and celebrity guests offer counseling to the audience.

It snowed heavily on their way there. Woori said she made it snow, flaunting her hairstyle that resembled that of Elsa, protagonist of American animation flick “Frozen”

“We’re stuck in a traffic jam now, because of you,” Jisook responded.

Woori had salad and a pastry inside the car for lunch.

Woori and Jisook shared their views on the tracks on their new album, including “Click.” They also played Double S 301‘s “Pain,” saying the song was so addictive that they couldn’t even go to sleep.

Korean six-member boy band Teentop arrived at Japan a day before they broadcast live on Sunday. The members had a barbecue grill night at a local restaurant in Japan.

While L.Joe and Chunji were drinking beer, L.Joe received a text message from his father, which read, “My son is enjoying a dinner.” The members said L.Joe was caught drinking by his father. But L.Joe thought it was not a big deal, adding, “My father is a heavy drinker.”

The group members fessed up that they had each recently gained weight. Ricky said he didn‘t want to gain weight anymore so he abstained from drinking beer.

C.A.P suddenly stood up and performed a wave dance, using his belly, while he was eating dinner. Other members explained the performance showed how C.A.P had gained a lot of weight.

Niel seemed to have caught a cold and kept on coughing.

Korean boy band Ze:A’s Kevin, Heechul and Dongjun appeared on the Naver V app Sunday, about half an hour before they held a concert in Tokyo, the second session in their Tokyo tour.

The group’s members all agreed they would sing solo performances. Dongjun was set to perform “Half,” by Korean vocal trio V.O.S, while Kevin was set to sing “Happy,” by American musician Pharrell Williams. Heechul added he would sing a song in Japanese, but the name of the song was not identified.

During the show, three members expressed hopes to go on a tour in Europe, a place they had never visited before. The show also included a Korean acrostic poem contest among the members.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit www.vlive.tv.
