Starring: Rainbow, MADTOWN, Stellar, Park Si-hwan, BTOB, N.flying, KNK, T-Ara’s Hyomin
Rainbow‘s Jaekyung and Noeul let fans in on their workout at the gym on Naver V app Thursday.
Jaekyung had a few mishaps with the camera early on, but they got the hang of V as their workout progressed.
The two members did crunches, lunges, punches, squats, leg raises, and a variety of other moves over the course of an hour.

“We were trying to show you all of the moves in an hour, so we only did a few sets,” said Jaekyung.
“But while we were preparing for our comeback we worked out like this for about three hours every day -- two hours with a trainer and one hour of cardio.”

During the workout, the girls received 100,000 hearts, so Jaekyung revealed the makeup concept of Rainbow’s upcoming comeback.
The photo showed Jaekyung’s eyes with heavy red eyeshadow.

“Since I’m ‘red’ in Rainbow, I’m wearing this makeup,” she explained. Each of the girls in Rainbow are assigned a particular color as part of their character concept.
After the workout, the two girls and their trainer headed to a restaurant for some meat.
After they arrived, they received a text from fellow Rainbow member Yoonhye, who playfully scolded Jaekyung for not inviting her along, and spent a few minutes on the phone with her.

MADTOWN upped their game for their second V broadcast, turning on the app at their dance practice studio for a live practice session.
“We’re heading to the Sapporo Snow Festival tomorrow, so we’re practicing for our performance in Japan here,” they said.
After practicing their first song “I’m Serious,” the members went to the comments section of the app to ask fans what other song they wanted to see the boys practice.
They spent the breaks between songs chatting with their fans, giving them close-ups of their faces without makeup, and deciding on their next song.

“Some viewers might not know us very well,” said Daewon. “Or might not know our latest songs. So we want to show you a bit of ‘OMGT,’” he said about 20 minutes in, although the other members seemed too tired.
Still, they picked themselves up for the choreography, and took turns showing off their dance and acrobatic moves.
The session picked up an impressive 1.06 million hearts over 40 minutes. Many fans, while appreciating the broadcast, asked MADTOWN to bring back member Jota, who is shooting the entertainment program “Law of the Jungle,” next time.

The four girls of Stellar came on V app’s “IDOL x IDOL” channel for a very honest and open hour-long talk with their fans.
Holding all of their records in their laps, the girls talked about what they were going through as each album came out, holding back no details including their financial troubles.
They spent a lot of time talking about “Marionette,” the first single in which they tried a sexy concept and received wide public attention, although much of it was not positive.

Although they said things like “I think I heard all the bad things people could say to me in a lifetime while promoting this one album,” the girls all agreed that without Marionette, it was likely that they would not have been able to continue as a girl group.
They also said that the aftereffects of “Marionette” followed them into their second sexy album “Vibrato.”
“People only remember ‘Marionette’ and ‘Vibrato,’ so they would just say things like ‘they’re taking off their clothes again,’ not knowing that we had two more records between those songs,” they said.
The girls asked for more support for their latest song “Sting.”
Other stars on Thursday’s V app lineup included Park Si-hwan, BTOB, N.flying, KNK and Hyomin of T-Ara.
Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit www.vlive.tv.
