“I used to blog a lot about dancing and shared dance-related contents. But last year, I was busy and didn’t get a chance to blog often,” J-Hope said. “But I want to start it again. So I decided to go on the app live and film today’s practice session and share with more people.”

J-Hope, who enjoys street dancing, showed his practice session for the popping -- type of a street dance. Before showing off his dance moves, he first turned on the music to warm-up and stretch. “It is important to stretch well,” he said. “These days, when I don’t stretch enough, my muscles are tense and they ache and I can’t dance for long hours. The next day, my body hurts too.”

After warming up, he invited fellow member Jungkook to dance together, saying he thinks it is better to dance with other people for more energy and motivation.

The two danced freestyle, expressing themselves differently.

J-Hope also emphasized the importance of fashion style when dancing. “Maybe, many dancers can relate to this. Fashion is very important,” he said. “There’s popping clothes for popping dance and a hip-hop style for hip-hop dance. House dance has its own style too. Today, I am dressed for popping, so it will be weird if I dance hip-hop. The color of the clothes are important too,” he said, adding that the color white is good for dancing because it accentuates action.”

On Tuesday, it was Chanwoo of iKON’s birthday. The iKON boys appeared on the app, wearing comfortable clothes from their home, looking laid back. They celebrated his birthday together, ate late night meals and a birthday cake. They even showed their not-so-tidy rooms to the fans.
