Broadcast date: Jan. 23

Seven-member boy band Madtown went live at 8 p.m. for their eighth episode of “Madtown Real TV.” On Saturday, the members played rounds of games and answered quizzes to choose who has a “pure brain,” euphemistically describing a person who is ingenuous and not so smart.

At first, the boys measured the size of their heads, because there is a saying that a person with a bigger head is smarter. Heo Jun has the largest head size with 23 inches, while everyone else measured 22 inches. As the “smartest” person in the group, he became the judge and asked questions to the members during the quiz show. The boys competed and the winner of each rounds can enjoy various foods prepared in the room.

Buffy solved the first question and he got to eat the food, while other members had to solve the following rounds. “I love chicken,” Jota said while eating a piece of fried chicken. “I like it more than samgyeopsal (pork belly barbecue). In the past, I ate chicken for six days straight.”

Members, one by one, solved the questions and joined Jota on the food table. After competitive rounds, it was Moos, who was picked as the person with a “pure brain.” As a penalty, he has to do something embarrassing at the Sindorim Station, line 2, during the rush hour.

Singer Park Si-hwan tuned in from Gwangju during his fan-signing event. When he turned on the camera, he just finished giving autographs to his fans and he was on for a special event. He took a selfie with fans and gave out gifts to some of them.

Singer Baek Z-young went live from inside a car heading to Hongdae district for an event. It was her first broadcast since the singer launched the channel on Jan 21. She was stuck in a traffic jam. She answered fans’ questions and listened to music together. She also told the fans to tune in on the app on Feb.1 to watch her sing her new song live during a special broadcast.
