Kim Junsu of K-pop trio JYJ is reportedly planning to sue people who left malicious comments regarding his relationship with EXID member Hani.

Kim will start taking legal actions to track down cyber bullies and accuse them for defamation and spreading rumors about the couple, a local news outlet said on Saturday.

On Jan. 1, Kim admitted his relationship with Hani after Dispatch revealed photos of the two dating outside.

The couple, however, had to face some malicious comments online about Hani and their relationship.

Kim’s agency, C-JES Entertainment, has shown stern actions against people who spread false rumors about its artists and actors.

This is also not the first time the musician was involved in a legal battle. In December 2014, he took sued two builders of a posh hotel on Jejudo Island he owns, claiming that they embezzled construction expenses. He later withdrew the charges.
