Teen Top came on the V app Wednesday with the eighth installment of “Teen Top On Air: The New Beginning.”

In this episode, the members headed over to a yoga studio to rejuvenate. But though the boys are known for their dancing, weren’t very flexible.

“Can any of you touch your toes?” asked the instructor, to a resounding “no” from all of the members. “OK, then grab your ankles, or your shins,” she said.

“Are knees okay?” asked a desperate Niel.

It didn’t get much better over the course of the class.

With the exception of C.A.P and Changjo, the members struggled with yoga poses like the tree pose and the downward dog. When it came time to meditate, they all seemed to zone out completely for a few minutes.

Although the yoga wasn’t as peaceful as the members may have expected, they all seemed to have fun and were full of energy when the class ended.

BTOB was featured on CUBE Entertainment’s renewed behind-the-scenes channel “What’s On CUBE,” giving fans a glimpse into what went on behind-the-scenes at the Osaka concert.

Girl group Rania had their sixth show on “Idol x Idol” Wednesday, where they focused on letting fans see their true selves by bringing out a lie detector. The questions were straightforward yes or no answers, and they weren’t always delicate ? there were questions such as “Is the first thing you look for in a man his financial ability?”

At the end of a few rounds, member Hyeme had lied the most according to the lie detector, and as punishment she had to take off her false eyelashes and dance around, per fans’ request.

At night, B1A4’s Gongchan turned on the app for a surprise session with his fans. He was sitting at a restaurant, and he said that he had just come from a movie preview.

“I wanted to eat something on my way home,” he said.

While eating Korean-style fast food (deep fried snacks, spicy stir-fried rice cakes and sundae, or blood sausages), he talked with his fans about how their new year was going.

Then suddenly, he said, “Guess what, guys? Today at the movie preview I saw a celebrity. Everyone was recording videos of him on their phone, so I did too! Wanna see?”

Gongchan took out his phone to show the video to his fans. In the video, you can see VIXX’s Hongbin walking along the theater surrounded by fans. Hongbin notices that Gongchan is filming him and playfully swats at the camera.

“He’s a total star. Daebak (Amazing),” Gongchan said. “I know you guys can’t see it well. I’ll upload it for you later.”
