As they stepped off the airplane and into a van, they expressed how overwhelmed and happy they were to be abroad and in Japan for the first time.

The broadcast followed them through rehearsals and the actual performance.

VIXX prepared a special event to wrap up the year. Ken was the emcee who quizzed the other members on VIXX’s key words for 2015.

The answers to the quizzes were “VIXXCHOOL” “Ha Dong-jae,” “LR,” “Chess” and “Moorim School.”

Kisum (Naver V app)
Female rapper Kisum aired her very first V app broadcast from her underground Cheongdam-dong studio. She stood leaning against a giant mirror and called her reflection her twin. Kisum introduced herself in English, Chinese and Japanese.

She rapped freestyle on the streets, and invited the fans to join her busking later in Hongdae. When her broadcast hit more than 15,000 hearts, Kisum bowed in front of the camera.

KARA's Youngji (Naver V app)
KARA’s Youngji was at an ice-skating rink for her live V broadcast. She put her phone on a selfie stick and skated around the rink. Youngji connected comedian Park Narae on phone to come and join her V show.

When Narae arrived, the two played ‘speed quiz,’ a game that requires one player to describe a given word for the other to guess the answer. The goal is to guest the most answers within the time limit.

“We have ‘this’ in the morning,” Youngji described, to which Narae replied “Men,” bringing the onlookers to laugh. The answer was “Sunrise.”

Youngji went back to the skating rink after the speed quiz and passed out candies to children in the rink.

Rookie group Imfact aired a pre-recorded V show of the members working on a new album.

Laboum (Naver V app)
Girl group Laboum opened their first “Television” themed show on V’s “Idol x Idol” channel with a synchronized dance routine.

The members sat down after with member Yujeong as emcee, who said, “For those who are unfamiliar with Laboum, we will introduce the group first. Today’s show is ‘Laboum news.’”

The members explained that Laboum debuted in summer 2014, and recently released an ’80s-themed album.

The group name Laboum means “Party” in French. There is also a Sophie Marceau movie titled “La Boum.”

The members let on that the group was originally to be called Laboum de Blanc, and that member Soyeon had especially hated the word La Boum from it. Unfortunately for Soyeon, the name stuck.

Other options including “Loverboy” and “Seesaw” were scrapped.

The members added they were fortunate that what could have been their stage names, such as “Queen” and “Vivian,” were dropped.
