Girl’s Day member Hyeri went live from a sushi restaurant in Seoul, candidly talking about her character in the hit TV drama “Reply 1988.”

“I was going to eat instant noodles by the Hangang River, but it’s literally freezing outside,” said Hyeri, starting off the broadcast wearing a cute snapback.

When asked about her hair and makeup in the drama -- Hyeri appears on TV nearly bare-faced and in a countrified bobbed hairdo to portray an ordinary schoolgirl in the 1980s -- she said she was “a little afraid” to appear on a TV drama without makeup, but she’s now gotten used to it. The singer and actress, however, said she wants to grow her hair into cascading locks.

The 21-year-old also talked about how she resembles her character, 19-year-old Deok-seon, saying she’s bright, but a little dumb at the same time.

Then a fan asked about her plans for upcoming Christmas, the actress said she would be on set, shooting for the TV drama as always.

GOT7 members held a surprise live broadcast to celebrate the special day when the number of subscribers on their V app reached 1 million. They blew out candles on a cake to mark the occasion.

“We’re very thankful for that (reaching 1 million subscribers),” said Jackson. “We’re going to continue doing V app, as it’s a spot where we can communicate with our fans.”

Haha and Byul

Hotshot celebrity couple Haha and Byul jumped onto the V screen together in a special broadcast session for the upcoming Christmas holiday where they served as agony aunts. The couple introduced stories from their fans and gave their sage advice. They also made a phone call to their mutual friend Lee Kwang-soo, adding more fun to the show.

The couple then talked about when the two first met, putting their love on display. The two got married three years ago.
“When I first met Haha, I didn’t really like him at all,” said Byul, adding, “but now, I feel grateful that he asked me to marry him.”

Bambigirl

At 10 p.m., beauty guru Bambigirl went live with a list of must-buy cosmetics from duty-free shops. She recommended Lunasol’s “travel exclusive” eyeshadow palette, the Chanel and Bobby Brown’s coral lipsticks. She also introduced Yves Saint Laurent’s travel kit, which includes blush, lip gloss and eyeshadow.
