Actor Park Bo-gum surprised V app viewers by appearing on Hyeri’s segment on Tuesday.

On Tuesday at 6 p.m., Hyeri of Girls’ Day, who is appearing on popular TV drama “Reply 1988,” went on a live broadcast to meet with the fans.

She tuned in from her car and talked about her role as Deok-seon in the drama. She was with a man in the car, leading viewers to guess at who she was with, from Ryu Jun-yeol to Park Bo-gum, Go Kyung-pyo and Ahn Jae-hong, the male cast members of the show.

After heated speculation, Hyeri introduced the mysterious guy as Taek, the role Park is playing in the drama.

“I am saying ‘hello’ through Hyeri’s broadcast,” Park said to fans.

The two went to a restaurant to eat soybean sprout soup together for dinner.

Have a good dinner and please keep your interest in the drama,” said Park. “I am the one who is appearing on Hyeri’s broadcast, but thanks for liking the show,” he said, before they ended the broadcast.

Park is playing star Go player Choi Taek in “Reply 1988,” opposite Hyeri. The drama, also starring Go Kyung-pyo and Ryu Jun-yeol, centers on family and everyday life against the backdrop of a small Seoul neighborhood in 1988. The 20-episode series airs every Friday and Saturday at 7:50 p.m. on cable network tvN.
