Newly launched nine-member girl group Twice, created by K-pop giant JYP Entertainment, came on V on Monday night to reveal behind-the-scenes shots of their showcase.

The clip showed the girls backstage, getting their makeup done and practicing their singing and dancing routines, and each member revealing their nicknames. Check out how the newly rising K-pop starlets get ready for the stage on V.

CNBLUE’s Minhyuk says goodbye

Minhyuk, boy band CNBLUE’s drummer, came live on V on Monday for the ninth and last series of his broadcast episodes. Minhyuk reminisced over the memories he and his fans had created together over the course of their eight episodes.

“As many of you may know, this is my last episode. … We’ve had some good times together. It’s a little sad, but I’m sure we will meet again in a new way.”

On his most memorable moments hosting the live series, Minhyuk recalled taking the V camera outside for an “outdoors date” with his fans. “That was a fun day,” he commented.

He also recalled moments such as cooking and playing with cats on V.

“I think we’ve become closer by sharing these moments,” he said. “I’m glad that I was able to show you guys more sides to who I am. … I’m glad I was able to spend time with you.”

Inside Yura’s bedroom

Yura, sporting a white tee, long orange hair and orange lips, filmed herself on the bed in her bedroom, buried in a pile of clean white sheets.

“I thought today, I would show you around my room … and chat. Hyeri and Sojin are outside right now, eating shrimp,” she said.
She showed fans shots of her pristine room, which included a white closet, a white bedside table and nightstand, and white computer desk.

April’s bare face revealed

Monday night, the V camera stormed into the house of April, a new six-member girl group gaining popularity for its sweet and innocent image. The camera entered the girls’ rooms, waking them up and dragging them out of their beds. Somin, Chaewon, Hyunjoo, Naeun, Yena and Jinsol were caught completely off guard and revealed in their natural state, with no makeup and baggy pajamas. Find out what fun they got up to afterward.

Further V clips included 10 member hip-hop boy group Topp Dogg, who revealed themselves recording a radio show at Arirang TV network on Monday; a live cooking show hosted by celebrity chef and expert of French cuisine Oh Se-deuk; five-member boy band Boys Republic meeting with a lucky fan during a 30-minute long broadcast; Monsta X’s Hyungwon at Seoul Fashion Week; and rapper Junggigo talking about his songs, his musician friends and favorite vacation spots.
