The newly debuted YG rookies of iKON, fresh off the release of the boys’ first album, took V app fans along with them to Tokyo during their first fan meeting in Japan.

“What’s the first thing we do when we arrive? Check for Wi-Fi,” Bobby quipped when the members first arrived at their dressing room.
Fans got a glimpse of their vocal warm-ups that have the members screeching at the top of their lungs trying to prep their voices for the upcoming show, as well as calming their nerves by goofing off with one another, playing battles of rock, paper, scissors just minutes before heading out onstage.

“We’ll see you back in Korea,” said the members. “But not just Korea, iKON’s going global!”

Along with their backstage sneak peek in Tokyo, the members also returned to their V app fans with their second round of mini-games.

Following up on the first round where iKON leader BI lost, he received his penalty -- having to mimic personalities suggested by the V app fan’s real-time comments. Dong-hyuk told the rapper to show his impression of Won Bin from the Korean film “Ajussi,” stating that he has done it on a number of occasions and it was shockingly good.

Popular rap star and Block B leader Zico returned to greet his fans just hours before the release of the star’s latest single, “Say Yes or No,” sharing that the song has been eight months in the making and he is excited to finally unveil his newest rhymes.

He spent some quality time with his fans, answering all their questions and curiosities both about the new song and himself personally. One fan asked what he would do if his song ranked No. 1 on the charts, and Zico responded, “I dare not think it.”

But after being asked multiple times, the rap star pledged that if he indeed managed to snag the top ranking, he would unveil his latest project for the first time ever via V app.

The nine members of new K-pop girl group Twice invited fans to crash with the ladies in their dorm room, decked out in their pajamas, blankets and stuffed animals in their slumber party theme gathering.

“We have gathered here today for a reason,” said the members.

“This is a historic moment for us because our debut album will officially be released 30 minutes from now,” the members added as they screeched in nervous excitement.

Each of the members went around sharing their thoughts, emotions and expectations about their upcoming release. At the end of the show the girls’ had a countdown until their album’s release, singing and dancing along with their music video.
