Thousands of hearts fluttered as the day finally came for Taecyeon to make a surprise appearance on the V screen at 10 p.m. on Wednesday. Though the program -- "OkJangkhun" -- was named after all three of the members Ok Taecyeon, Wooyoung and Nickhun, Taecyeon wasn’t able to make it due to his tight schedule with filming. No worries though, Taecyeon managed to present mouth-watering pancakes for the fans.

“It’s good to have Taecyeon here with us. He’s the best cook among the members; he often cooks for us and above all, he built up his skills from ‘Three Meals a Day,’” said Wooyoung. Nickhun agreed with Wooyoung, saying he was also relieved.

Taecyeon cooked his pancakes in a heart shape; they looked perfectly golden-brown, soft and fluffy. Also, the plating was just about right; he sifted in some icing sugar and garnished them with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.

Eric Nam (Naver V)

Eric Nam’s broadcast kicked off at 10 p.m., with the singer frying some eggs. The versatile singer also turned into a chef, making delicious grilled sandwiches with fried eggs, sliced brie cheese, avocados, tomatoes, some chorizo pieces -- Spanish sausage -- and special sauce made of kimchi and wine.

“This is delicious! I really like how you put some fried eggs in it,” said Kim Boa from Spika, who was the special guest emcee. The two chomped their way through the whole sandwich, whetting appetites for the fans.

Yoo Seung-woo from “Superstar K4” jumped on screen as a special emcee. With a smug face, he made a swoop at a party held at a Korean BBQ restaurant for the three artists -- Hyorin of Sistar, Block B’s Zico, and PALOALTO -- as they released a collaboration hip-hop album titled “Dark Panda” on Wednesday.

“It looks like they’re eating pricy beef because their album’s doing well on the market,” Yoo jokingly said. He further asked many questions to the three talented singer/rappers.

When asked about their chemistry, Zico complimented on Hyorin’s professionalism, adding, “She’s already on the acme of perfection as a vocalist, but she consistently challenges herself.” PALOALTO agreed, saying, “She’s trying to become a goddess,” provoking laughter among fans.

As Hyorin is set to appear on Mnet’s forthcoming reality show “Unpretty Rapstar,” and compete as a rapper. When asked about working with the two rappers, she expressed her admiration for the hip-hop artist.

Sporting “the light and darkness within humans” theme, their new song delivers inspirational messages that hardship will only make people stronger.
