Lee Know of Stray Kids came back on Naver’s V Live to keep his word.

“I promised you that I would livestream for three hours but only did 2 1/2 because of the time limit on renting the practice room, so here I am to make up for the 30 minutes,” he said.

He came without a plan, admitted the idol asking fans to post suggestions. He accepted to play some balancing games, such as bottle flip, and while waiting for more ideas answered some of the questions viewers asked.

He has switched to eating regularly and eats three times a day.

“I’ve tried intermittent fasting and it really works. It is efficient when you want to lose weight but I decided to take a longer perspective,” said the idol.

He indulged in fans’ request to show him dancing before leaving although he came unprepared. Lee Know chuckled when many challenged him for double-speed choreography of “Easy” and “Boxer.”

Kpop Herald reporters Hong Dam-young and Kwon Yae-rim sat down with Rocket Punch, a girl group that celebrates its first anniversary next week.

The six-piece act has just premiered “Juicy,” the lead track from 3rd EP “Blue Punch.”

“As soon as we heard the song, it was so fresh that we knew it would be our perfect song for summer,” said Yeonhee. And the sound of popping open a drink at the beginning and end of the song is bubbly, added Sohee.

They had fun preparing especially when practicing the choreography.

“There are many hugs and shared moves among the members and we kept bursting into laughter even when we were on camera and went ‘Sorry! We’ll do it again!’ so many times,” recalled Yunkyoung.

Hong gently nudged the performers to show some moves from the “cute and lovely” choreography and Yunkyoung and Suyun happily obliged.

The Boyz's Hyunjae bids fans good night

Hyunjae of The Boyz said good night to fans well past midnight, bringing his roommates into the livestream.

“You know why I’m glancing around? Because I’m not alone,” he told viewers repressing a grin. “I will not press them to join me, though. They will if they want.”

Sounding breathless, Kew said hello and waved at the camera and Jacob slid into the frame on his high-backed chair.

“This is the room we three share,” said Kew tinkering with a ukulele.

“These are two scrupulous roommates and they have decorated the room while I didn’t do a thing,” said Hyunjae. Jacob is messing up the room, though, said Kew stirring up a protest from the latter.

“But you often don’t clean up after you eat,” insisted Kew. “And let your exercise equipment lying around.”

“I was kind of nervous since this probably is the first time I went live at these hours and I asked the two to help me out,” Hyunjae explained as the other two let him talk on his own.

Han Seungwoo of Victon talked about his first solo EP “Fame” that is set to be released next week.

He apologized for sharing the timeline a little too late and went through it together with viewers. The first and second preview of the title track “Sacrifice” will be disclosed the next day, and will give a sample of the song but in a different way from teaser images that already came out, he said.

“The trailer for music video will be floated on Aug. 9 and I’m so excited!” said the leader of Victon, who is the first member to have a solo EP assuring fans that it will be worth waiting for.

He had a lot of fun preparing the album. The former X1 member wrote lyrics for all six tracks and the focus track in particular will show many different sides of him.

“Please keep your expectations high,” said Han pacifying fans who told him that they cannot wait to hear it.
