The bandmates of BTS had a chance to organize their own photo shoot in the 104th episode of “Run BTS!”

They first had to play a game similar to musical chairs to decide who would have first pick of costumes.

“Let’s not get too rough,” cautioned J-Hope.

Jin repeated the words to Jungkook.

V was the first to drop to the floor, and Suga confided that he was afraid to be next to Jungkook. The youngest managed to push out Jimin, but was shoved off by Jin.

To everyone’s surprise, Suga was the winner. He got to pick from the racks of clothes.

Jin chose glitter jackets in gold and red, adding some tropical print items. When his bandmates reminded him that he would have to wear the clothes too, Jin told them he didn’t mind.

“He rather enjoys it,” J-Hope said.

Rounds of dart games also earned them several “fashion items.” Jimin didn’t have enough accessories, so his bandmates instantly agreed to give him a crown.

Stray Kids talk about song title’s dual meaning

Bang Chan of Stray Kids invited all of his bandmates to the 60th episode of his solo segment, which was broadcast live on Naver’s V Live and YouTube.

Changbin and Han were the first to join in, cracking jokes and teasing their band leader.

“I’m frankly a little relieved,” said Bang Chan, admitting there had been pressure to fill the huge recording studio they were using for the day.

The trio was surprised to see Sana of Twice, who’d dropped in after dance practice. Sana said she’d been keeping an eye out for the upcoming release of Stray Kids’ first full-length album and shrieked with delight when they offered to let her listen to the title track, “God’s Menu” on a pair of wireless earphones. In Korean, “God’s Menu” can also be read as “new menu.”

“The name of the song reflects how we’ve been challenging ourselves in terms of music and performance,” explained Changbin.

“I personally loved it ... think it is a perfect metaphor,” added Hyunjin.

NCT 127's Jaehyun, Yuta enjoy Japanese food

Jaehyun and Yuta of NCT 127 invited fans to join them over instant noodles, pretending they were visiting Yuta’s home in Osaka, Japan.

“We always got these from convenience stores whenever we went to Japan,” said Jaehyun, looking at the instant udon and snacks from Japan.

Yuta nodded in agreement, recalling their last visit in February during the tour and admitting that he really missed visiting his home country.

After slurping the noodles, they also had some takoyaki and sushi. Yuta said he would like to show Jaehyun and the viewers how to make a dish. Jaehyun suggested that they ask fans to guess what they were making just by watching them prepare.

“When I was in Osaka, my mom used to make me this all the time,” said Yuta, confiding that he had not tried cooking himself. His confidence was instantly undermined, however, when he got a cramp as soon as he started chopping cabbage.

BTS' Suga's alter ego gets you to listen without shouting: Kpop Herald

Kpop Herald reporters Hong Dam-young and Kwon Yae-rim chronicled 20 songs from two mixtapes made by Agust D, aka Suga, in 2016 and 2020.

As BTS’ main rapper, Suga uses his alter ago to share raw and honest stories from his life, said Hong. He bares his soul, making the works genuine and letting his audience in on his personal side, added Kwon.

It was interesting to compare the two mixtapes, Kwon said, as so much had happened to him and the band over the past four years. As he said in his livestream, the first tape looks back at his past and his roots, and at his life leading up to this moment. “D-2,” the recent compilation, delves into what he is going through and feeling now.

Admittedly, Agust D’s mixtapes are for his fans. But they also reflect how much he has matured both as an artist and as a human being, said Hong.
