BTS celebrates 7th anniversary with voice-only broadcast
To celebrate the band’s seventh anniversary, all seven members of BTS took to Suga’s V Live broadcast segment, “DJ Suga’s Honey FM,” Saturday.
“I think you guys must have been surprised. I think this is our first time all of us gathered for this program in three years,” said Suga during the voice-only broadcast. Saturday marked the group’s seventh anniversary.
All the band members are doing well, practicing for Sunday’s online concert, working on the new album and resting in between, they assured fans. V said his focus was writing a new song, and J-Hope said he’d been working out and eating well.
Then they brought in a cake to celebrate their special day and sang a song together.
During the broadcast, which lasted more than 80 minutes, the musicians entertained over 6 million viewers with their comical reading of “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.” They also came up with nicknames for themselves for the upcoming concert’s streaming site.
To celebrate their anniversary, they went on to talk about their best hits and read out messages from fans all over the world.
BTS is set to hold its much-anticipated online concert ‘Bang Bang Con: The Live” Sunday.

Nayeon of Twice answers questions in 60 seconds
Naeyeon of Twice took on a speed interview where she answered various questions in one minute.
As the first member of the group to kick off the series, she played the game against a white studio background clad in her stage clothes.
Asked if there’s a part in “More & More” she’d like to sing, Nayeon chose the song’s refrain, Sana’s part. She also chose “Oxygen” as her favorite side track from the act’s latest album, and named “Sweet Summer Day” as the most difficult song.
As summer is in full swing, she also shared that her favorite way to spend summer was to eat watermelon and her favorite seasonal foods were buckwheat noodles and boiled pork. If she could only bring one thing with her to a deserted island, she said, she would bring the other band members. When asked how she spends her days off, she said, “I don’t come out of my blanket.”
After dancing to “More & More” without a melody for failing to answer all the questions within the time limit, she gave her answers to the remaining questions.
“My favorite drink at a cafe is ade, and when do I think I look the coolest? Right now.”

Stray Kids turn into chefs in trailer video
The Stray Kids bandmates transformed themselves into chefs in their newly released trailer for “God’s Menu Cooking Video.”
On Saturday, the eight-piece act unveiled a clip of its members, dressed like chefs, cooking malatang, or Chinese spicy hot pot.
Changbin cut the vegetables with his eyes closed, while Han chopped ingredients to the beat of the music and Lee Know used his ninja skills to put the finishing touches on the dish.
Incorporating Chinese kung fu-influenced sound, the video set the tone for the upcoming song that will be released June 17. “God’s Menu” will be the lead track from Stray Kids’ first full-length album. Its message is that the group aims to satisfy every listener’s tastes with its special musical menu.

Super Junior K.R.Y. are back
Super Junior K.R.Y -- Kyuhyun, Ryeowook and Yesung of Super Junior -- dropped some behind-the-scenes footage for the video “When We Were Us.”
The trio of vocalists, which debuted in 2006, released its first EP on June 8. The lead track, “When We Were Us,” is a poignant ballad that blends the three singers’ mellifluous vocals.
“We are so grateful that we are still together,” said Yesung in the video.
Kyuhyun said, “People say that each of us three is matched with different seasons, with me being autumn, Ryeowook with spring and Yesung with winter. So we decided to release the new song in summer.”
Super Junior became the latest S.M. Entertainment act to perform in the label’s “Beyond Live” concert series.
