V of BTS appeared on V Live alone after livestreaming on the band’s YouTube channel with RM and J-Hope.

He began by typing incredibly fast for a while without saying anything. Then he turned the camera on the computer screen to show that it was all gibberish as he stifled a grin.

Next, he went through some messages from fans, nodding and softly saying, “I think I like it.” He read out part of a message and showed his phone to the viewers so they could see: It summarized the meeting he and his bandmates had shared on the visual aspects of their next album. The septet took on different roles when they created their upcoming album, and V was in charge of the visuals.

Putting on Conan Gray’s “The Other Side,” he sat back in his chair and relaxed, listening to the song and singing along from time to time. The artist also went through more of the posts, some even handwritten, muttering that he may have placed too big a burden on his fans when he said the BTS Army could sort out and sum up what they talked about for about 40 minutes better than he.

Nothing can stop NCT 127's Doyoung bonding with fans

Doyoung of NCT 127 went live from a vocal studio at the company.

“I actually had my hair and makeup done today but we practiced a lot today for the Beyond Live concert and I sweated so much,” he said, ruffling his hair and adding that he’d even had his hair curled but the curls were all gone.

He admitted that he was tired and he also wanted to watch “Hospital Playlist,” but “seeing you Seasonies is more important to me, so here I am.” The Seasonies are the band’s fandom community.

When some viewers asked if he would play the piano in the back, he tinkered with the instrument but returned to his place in front of the camera and confided that he was still a beginner.

As for the forthcoming online concert, the performer said that although it shares the same name as the band’s album “The Origin,” it will be quite different. The repertoire will be a mix of the usual hits and some newer songs, he added.

Doyoung indulged viewers’ request to sing for them -- “I’m a little nervous,” he said -- while battling an obsessed fan who kept calling during the livestream.

Tomorrow X Together discusses upcoming EP

Soobin, Taehyun and Hueningkai talked about their teaser trailers for “Can’t You See Me?” from their upcoming EP.

The list of all six tracks also came out, they said as Taehyun held up a printed version and pushed it close to the camera.

“You could tell which was the title track just by looking at it, right?” asked Taehyun.

Soobin said, “We got this song later than the rest but we knew this was it without any explanation.”

Lest they drop more hints than they intended, the three decided to share their favorites based strictly on the songs. After a brief hesitation, Soobin said he liked “Maze in the Mirror” the best. Taehyun also took his time and considered naming a title that translates into “The Puma Who Ran Away From the Zoo,” but finally the chose title track because he’d put so much effort into it. Hueningkai said he was attached to the title track.

When fans asked them for details about “Can’t You See Me?” Hueningkai said, “We would really like to, but we won’t give out any hints.”

Shownu of Monsta X surprised fans with a live broadcast inviting them to join him to chat.

He first assured fans that his back had gotten better and he was fine now, saying, “We have pushed back our coming back only because I wanted to continue performing and be healthy as long as possible.”

He has been taking it slow, stretching and exercising to speed up his recovery. This morning, he put in 30 minutes of an exercise recommended by the doctor that helps relax his muscles while strengthening his core as well as a routine with a massage ball, the performer told viewers.

“I don’t have any problems with the activities, except for dancing,” he said.

The leader of the six-piece boy band also shared the good news that the band’s Japanese single “Wish on the Same Sky” had topped the Tower Records chart for three consecutive weeks, bowing to fans to show his gratitude.
