Jackson of GOT7 went live from the company studio apologizing for being late because of the weak Wi-Fi signal.

“I am finally here and we’ll be on a date for an hour today,” he said happily.

The singe said he had been recording almost every day. It has been a loop of record, eat, and sleep and he has gained a lot of weight going slow on workout, the gym buff told viewers.

“I used to weigh 60 kilograms but given three weeks (off), I allowed myself to eat carbohydrates ... and gained 5 kilograms,” said Jackson sighing. Sudden intake of carbohydrates led to not only weight gain but also breakouts. Alarmed, especially with the pending return, he quickly switched his mode and managed to lose 4.5 kilograms in 10 days, confessed the performer.

His crunch routine: “Stretching, running on the treadmill for 40 minutes switching speeds, eating salad and galbitang as well as supplements, drinking Vitamin-infused water, and putting in another 30 minute run and stretch.”

The bandmates of GOT7 talked about how to make the best of their upcoming live concert.

“The day we’ve all been waiting for is almost here,” said Bambam.

“We are finally coming back tomorrow!” chimed in Yugyeom as everyone clapped.

“I personally think everyone has become more sophisticated and fancier,” remarked the youngest member.

It is sad that they will not be able to meet their fans up close as they come out with the new EP, admitted Jinyoung, but they have prepared a lot so that many fans would enjoy their livestreaming from their home.

They have come up with ideas to better “at-home” live concert experience.

“You need your energy up to send support to us,” Youngjae went on, “so we will show you how to make a bundle of snacks.”

They got busy putting chocolates, gummies and candies into small goodie bags complete with GOT7 stickers. Then they decorated their own ecobags that could be used to hold the snacks and of course, a light stick, said Yugyeom.

When viewers asked him to give more details about what he would be doing, the idol confirmed that the bandmates filmed something but only said that it took longer than expected as everyone wanted to bring out the best results.

Apink bandmates marked the 9th anniversary of their debut with an “eat-together” live segment.

At the members urging, Oh Ha-young revealed the first layer of the day’s menu steamed in hinoki boxes -- sliced beef -- bringing out sighs of excitement. It was followed by an assortment of seafood that included abalones and shrimps.

“Now we are going to have the first taste and will have to show how we like it using the whole body,” said Kim Nam-joo trying not to laugh.

“Nam-joo is excited,” said Jung Eun-ji smiling.

After each had a turn showing their happiness with two thumbs-up and contented faces, Kim said they would relish the food while chatting with fans.

“But these three are unstoppable,” noted Park Cho-rong, looking at the members seated to her left who were busy helping themselves.
