Soobin and Yeonjun of TXT took to V Live challenging themselves not to smile for the beginning of the live segment.

“There is nothing special today. We just wanted to see you,” the two said.

They added that it had been quite a while since they had livestreamed as a pair, pointing out that they did glass decoration together the last time.

“I have been quite bored during the holidays and thought some of you might be feeling the same,” said Soobin sporting a new curly hairdo.

When fans asked if they had received money, as younger Koreans do after bowing to seniors on New Year’s Day, Soobin said he had not, since they were all by themselves. Then he began to bow to Yeonjun, who is 1 year older, but the latter stopped him telling that they both should give some to younger members.

At viewers’ urging, the duo began to compliment each other instead, at first being silly but Soobin recalled how everyone looked up to Yeonjun when they were trainees saying: “We were all just young, but for some reason, Yeonjun was different. Cool and mature.”

NCT 127 presents song to fans before return

The nine-piece subunit of NCT uploaded a special clip of “Dreams Come True,” calling it a “gift song.”

In the music video all the bandmates, including Jungwoo who has been taking some time off for health reasons, work black from head to toe and were all smiles. The soft pop number that harks back to the 1990s will also be part of “NCT #127 Neo Zone,” the band’s second full-length album that will be released on March 6.

NCT 127 will mark its return with a big fanfare: a 60-minute performance at RodeoHouston, the largest rodeo event, at NRG Stadium on March 10, joining the lineup that includes Khalid, Keith Urban, Gwen Stefani and Becky G.

Its previous EP “NCT #127 We Are Superhuman” has debuted at 11th spot on Billboard 200 and at the top on World Albums in June last year.

Victon’s Do Hanse discusses self-penned song

Do Hanse of Victon took to V Live and chatted with fans about himself and his music.

“I have gained some weight. I’ve been eating well since the concert and now I have love handles,” he said, telling fans that he had never had the six pack that some of them said they had seen in photographs.

“It must be from the (camera) filters,” he added.

The idol then talked about “Black Dog,” a song he has written and presented as his solo performance at the band’s recent live concert. He should have recorded it after the live show but he did not and he thought about releasing it for free. Although his company said it might be made into an official track, he personally does not want to do so.

“Because I do not think it fits into the realm of music I want to pursue,” he said.

“It was made purely for performance, to showcase my rapping. Both the theme and concept were formed with that in mind and to me, it is rather for consumption,” he elaborated.

SF9’s Dawon heads to gym during holidays

Dawon of SF9 went live on his way to the gym, starting the livestream even before he got into the car.

“I can only do this while I am on the move so it will not be long enough,” said the performer apologetically. He showed his ears plugged with the earphones explaining to viewers that he wanted to listen better and he is keeping his voice down as he feels shy.

He confided that he does not look well since he had woken up not long ago, and when someone asked him if he really was an idol, he calmly replied that idols are humans, too.

“I have been feeling slightly lonely being alone during the lunar New Year’s holidays and being able to talk to you even though not for long is boosting up my spirits,” said Dawon.

He started to speak in his normal voice after getting off the car briskly walking toward the gym with a slight detour so that he can chat longer with fans adding: “I am slightly on edge because I skipped my workout yesterday.”
