BTS bandmates competed with one another in three rounds of quizzes in the 91st episode of “Run BTS!” taped in London last year.

V volunteered to be the host for the first time after hearing that it comes with a privilege, though he did not even ask what it was. He confessed that he was nervous. Jin teased V about his shaky voice, saying the latter sounded like an artificial intelligence version of a host.

In the first round, the septet had to hear sounds and guess what they were. The sounds, however, turned out to be those of bandmates taken from scenes from the reality program. They made wild guesses while V tried to help by throwing random clues. However, nothing could help RM and J-Hope. V declared. “From now on, I will not take on any title.”

Before moving on to the second round, the producer told them that the one with the least points would have to do what the rest tells him to do on the streets of London. This boosted the bandmates’ determination to win but they became even more baffled upon hearing songs read by a translation machine in different languages.

NCT Dream congratulates Chenle on becoming an adult

Jeno, Renjun and Chenle of NCT Dream took to V Live for the first time in a long while, starting off the livestream in chaos.

Jeno was surprised to be caught on camera while lying down behind a sofa. When Jeno joined Renjun in front of the camera, the two realized that Chenle has turned on the app with a vertical setting, so they had to squeeze to fit in the frame.

Renjun then found that Haechan had been calling him and returned the missed call.

“We are doing V Live, but you must have known,” he said. Haechan replied that he had called because he had failed to reach Jisung, with whom he wanted to play games.

“It must be hard to tell what the main subject of this segment is, but it is to celebrate Chenle officially becoming an adult,” said Jeno. Chenle replied that he would fetch a bottle of alcohol.

AB6IX’s Park Woojin shows new hairdo

“It feels a little awkward taking to V Live after a long while,” said AB6IX’s Park Woojin, reminding himself not to be awkward. It had also been a really long time since he last had his makeup done.

“I had a schedule today, and it was fun shooting something especially after such a while,” he said, acknowledging fans’ guesses.

The idol thanked fans for complimenting his new hairdo. He was wearing a baseball cap in the previous episode, and it was the first time fans were seeing his darker hair color.

As for the news that he was close to earning a driver’s license, he said, “I’ve always said that it was the first thing I want to do when I become an adult legally. With busy schedule, though, I didn’t even have time to think about it. While being off schedule (due to an injury), I wanted to achieve something, to make the most of my time.”

EXO’s Chen sets new precedent: Kpop Herald

Kpop Herald reporters talked about the announcement by EXO’s Chen in their weekly live segment.

The news, announced via a handwritten message, came as a surprise to many. Considering that he is a devout Christian and that he said, “A blessing has arrived,” it may be a hint that he and his non-celebrity bride-to-be are expecting a baby, noted the reporters.

There have been rumors that his girlfriend was seven-months pregnant and that they already had a wedding ceremony at a cathedral, but his management company S.M. Entertainment has flatly denied the claims.

Chen also said he plans to hold a small, private wedding attended by only the couple’s family members, said reporter Hong Dam-young.

Not many K-pop idols get married at the peak of their careers, so the news was quite a shock, albeit a pleasant one, said reporter Yim Hyun-su.

He agreed that it must not have been easy for the 27-year-old vocalist to pen the letter, given the expectations of fans. Having covered the K-pop scene for a while, Yim said he was seeing more musicians coming forward with their romantic relationships.
