BTS played games related to their own songs in the 89th episode of “Run BTS!”

The septet first had a round of the card game Uno to decide how to split into two teams. They were delighted at the sight of cards featuring themselves -- “official merchandise!” -- and played hard, forgetting that was not the main game.

Suga was the first to get rid of all seven cards, and chose Jin and V for his team.

The first round of the main game was a speed quiz in which they had to guess the titles of songs from looking at a picture drawn by one of them. Starting from RM, each had a turn at drawing, easily getting the answers except for V’s illustration with a stick figure holding up an index finger that was supposed to signify “Just One Day.”

Jin drew a bunch of stick figures and what the rest of the band suspected was a potato for “Idol,” later claiming the figures were kids and the potato was actually a stone, as kid is “ai” and stone is “dol” in Korean.

“This must be our next lead track,” V proclaimed.

As soon as he turned on the app, he received a call from bandmate Chenle.

“You called me knowing that I am doing this, right?” he said, which Chenle confirmed.

“We stopped monitoring for you and went to eat malatang without you,” Chenle said apologetically.

Nonplussed, Jeno told him he was happy for them, adding that his bandmate does not actually keep up with his hosting, so to stop pretending.

“But aren’t you a little lonely? Isn’t it not as much fun when you go live on your own?” asked Chenle.

“Nope. You must have a wrong number,” joked Jeno.

Before hanging up, Chenle asked Jeno to give out some clues for their upcoming concert. Jeno suggested Chenle drop one himself, but the latter said he would rather not since he is afraid he might give away too much.

As soon as the call ended, Jisung called, only to say that he had dinner and to ask if he was jealous. Afterwards, Jeno chuckled in disbelief, saying, “Only to say those words? Is this for real?”

“We are preparing for the concert which is four days away,” he said when Jeon Woong knocked on the door to join him in front of the camera.

“We have been keeping everything under wraps, even at a fan meeting event when so many of you asked for a clue. But today, I am going to drop a tiny hint,” said Lee, surprising his bandmate.

There will be several performances that have never been shown on stage, he said, and the band has been focusing on practicing those.

The staff has sent me up to keep an eye on you, said Jeon, laughing.

They actually have not had enough time to prepare for the concert but they instead practice until they are satisfied with the progress rather than going by the clock, Lee told fans.

“Up until the point when we feel like we might pass out,” added Jeon.

In a collage of clips from the seven events that highlighted each bandmate, later joined by all of them together, the idol group worked up fans with a medley of hit songs and stirred up sighs of sadness when they belted out the final number on the set list.

But for their solo performances, the 5-year-old band could not hide their anxiety. Yugyeom was the first to go on stage on his own, and afterwards, he was relaxed and happy poking fun at Bambam. He smiled at hearing that Bambam’s legs had turned to jelly, copying some dance moves. Bambam repeated the message he said to Yugyeom on camera to himself: “You will be great! This is not the first time you are doing this!”

Everyone had their own way to calm their nerves. JB kept reading books while Mark walked up the steel beams. Youngjae suffered from a stiff neck and his eyes went wide at the news that he would get a massage the next morning. And Yugyeom had his own favor to ask: lots of samgyeopsal.
