They had just finished a performance and put on costumes for the encore.

The8’s face was half-covered with a giant orange crab, while Hosi looked cute as a Dalmatian. Vernon was wearing a magician’s hat. At bandmates’ request, he pulled out a pigeon -- DK sporting a huge pumpkin head.

The bandmates made fun of Wonwoo, who was wearing a rainbow-colored Afro wig. They asked who he was and where he was from, telling him he did not have be embarrassed.

“I wanted to go all out while we were at it,” he said, unperturbed. But when some members told him to put it on when going to an airport, he rushed to cover their mouths.

They burst into laughter, joking that he would have trouble going through security checks.

The bandmates suggested that they don full costumes next year.

GOT7 samples Halloween snacks

Jinyoung, Jackson and Mark of GOT7 tried cute and spooky sweets in the spirit of the holiday.

“We have some snacks in this pumpkin basket and will try them one by one,” said Jinyoung, picking up jellies that looked like vampire fangs. The trio put them on, chuckling at one another.

They took turns chewing the sticky sweets in front of a sensitive microphone, trying to create an ASMR effect, or autonomous sensory meridian response.

Although all three agreed that the jellies tasted good, they had different ideas about the flavor. Jackson said the sweets tasted of melon, while Mark said strawberry. Jinyoung wondered for a second if it was cherry and then declared it was not even fruity.

They moved on to a bag of marshmallows. Mark showed some cat-shaped ones, telling his bandmates how cute they were. However, Jinyoung and Jackson were concentrating on opening the bag. When Jinyoung tried to feed Mark, the latter refused for not listening to him.

NU’EST goes trick-or-treating

Aron and Minhyun of NU’EST also enjoyed sweets in time for Halloween.

“Look how cute this table setting looks. I did this ... while you were away,” boasted Aron as they sat at the table.

Aron told viewers how he enjoyed Halloween while growing up in the US. He would dress up and go trick-or-treating in the neighborhood.

“I shared the photograph with everyone but I once wore a gorilla costume in orange,” he said adding that he really was adorable.

Hyunmin did not have such memories, as the holiday has become popular only recently in Korea. Nevertheless, he definitely loves the sweets that are in abundance at this time of the year.

He has been watching his diet, as the band is promoting its new song, so it was a chance to treat himself justifiably.

The two went for the Halloween-themed snacks, including chocolate wrapped up as eyeballs and orange white chocolate KitKats.

“I used to hoard these when I was little, in yellow chick shapes,” Aron said at the sight of fluffy, Frankenstein-faced marshmallows.

She introduced her pet Zero to staff, saying, “Hi. This is Kim Zero, a 2-year-old silver poodle. He is very gentle but is sensitive to people touching him without alerting him first.”

She got a pet because she wanted a companion, confided the singer. She used to stay at home all the time but thanks to the puppy, she has started taking walks.

“He has become therapy for me,” said Taeyeon, asking Zero to agree with her belief that they are destined for each other.

“I have thought about going on a trip with him, to Jeju Island maybe, since it is close, but I haven’t actually went. But I might bring him to a place where there is grass, so that we can play fetch,” she said.

The former Girls’ Generation member also said it was time to set up a space for Zero at home.
