“We have promised that we will team up by twos and livestream and here we are as the first,” said Kim, pouring juice into some wineglasses.

“That was quite a long time ago,” pointed out Song. Kim sheepishly admitted that they had not had a chance since they had been busy with overseas engagements.

Kim then poked fun at Song, calling him a professional YouTuber and saying he’d taken secret videos of a half-naked Kim while the band was in Bali.

“But I have covered you up well. Frankly, only because I didn’t want to get hit by you,” said Kim.

The pair told fans that they were planning to dress up for Halloween and asked viewers for costume suggestions. Fans’ picks included Joker, the “Batman” character, for Song; and Kaonashi, a faceless spirit from the Japanese animation “Spirited Away,” for Kim.

Then they did each other’s makeup and hair on camera and put on their costumes so they could pose for fans.

She had asked fans for hairstyle recommendations for the concert the previous day via live chat, and many suggested showing her forehead or wearing double fishtail braids.

“So I went for the latter for the encore,” said the idol, showing off her long, wavy mane. She will post a selfie later if she manages not to forget, she added.

“I will livestream until I fall asleep,” she joked, wondering out loud if any celebrity had done a 24-hour V Live. Then she would be sleeping with her phone in her hand, laughed Momo.

Being in the middle of a concert tour, she is tired but has been taking good care of her skin -- but all of a sudden she has been having breakouts, the performer told fans, covering a pimple with her hair. When a fan asked her if she looks the same when she wakes up, she said no -- she looks very different with no makeup and with her face puffed up.

“It would be a wonder if somebody looked like this after a sleep,” chuckled Momo.

JB and Yugyeom strolled down the streets taking pictures of each other in front of the city’s well-known murals and popping into small stores. At one store, JB bought himself a fountain pen.

“I just could not resist it,” the leader confided before heading to a lobster roll place Yugyeom recommended. After having their fill, the two took to the streets again and lined up for the tram.

“This is my first time (riding this) and it’s fun,” said JB with a huge smile, enjoying the view of the city through the windows.

The rest of the bandmates went to the pier.

“This tour is even better since we not only go onstage but also get to look around the cities we visit in between,” said Jinyoung. Mark was looking out at the sea when he spotted a seal below the deck and called Jinyoung urgently. The boys happily mimicked the sea animal as they went inside for lunch.

“As so many of you have asked me, I am livestreaming after finishing today’s schedule, like Jeno,” he said, fiddling with the special effects tool on the application.

He asked fans what their plans were for Halloween. The idol stopped himself from saying something, explaining that he wanted to tell a scary story but would save it for the next day.

“The theme of my radio show was horror but the songs were not that spooky. But tomorrow it will be more about scary stories that actually happened,” he said.

Renjun told fans that he was actually very nervous taking to V Live all on his own for the first time.

“But I wanted to see you on my way home and I will do this more often,” he promised, bidding fans goodnight while singing BoA’s “No. 1.”
