He wondered out loud whether he should get another piercing during the livestream, before revealing he already had, showing off a new earring on his left ear.

“Now it is symmetrical,” he said showing both ears with a medium-sized hoop and tiny stud respectively.

Meanwhile, the septet has been busily preparing for an upcoming concert in Seoul since returning from Saudi Arabia. It is now less than a week away and the band is excited about going on the stage in Korea, especially since it has been quite a while, Jimin told fans, adding that they are also having fun practicing since, “My bandmates are so funny.”

As for those lucky enough to secure tickets to the live event, “Make sure you have a good night’s sleep before coming to the concert. You have to enjoy it with us throughout, so it won’t be easy,” he said with a smile.

“It has already come to an end, but during the short period we have been to many places, taken to many stages and met Stays quite often,” he said, speaking of the band’s official fan group and thanking them for liking the final performance presented earlier on the day.

To mark the 42nd episode of the solo show, the performer began by playing “42,” a song he made with Han and Changbin about two years ago.

He then went on to talk about his fascination in astronomy. Bang Chan mentioned seeing a shooting star and some fans told him about a meteor shower. He recalled a family trip to Phillip Island Nature Park, nearby Melbourne, Australia.

“The night view there was beyond description and if I ever have a chance, I really, really want to visit again. ... Never in my life have I seen so many stars,” he said.

“It is 23 hours away and on the day before the release, even after all these years, I am still nervous,” said Ren, as the bandmates nodded in agreement.

“We are all the more thrilled since we believe we will be able to show a new side of us,” added Baekho.

They had prepared a lot, they said, bringing out three boxes filled with items related to the upcoming EP. The first box had paper cups and plates as well as a box which, as guessed by the bandmates, contained a heart-shaped pecan pie. Everyone had pie in their trailers, and JR had baked a pie in his own solo livestream.

“Now I can say that the baking show was a spoiler of a kind. The order in which I went through ingredients was a clue in itself, as it is the order of trailers to be unveiled,” said the leader.

“We are going to cast a spell on you,” said Yeji later, adding that they had hypnotized their fans to turn on the application right away.

Inspired by a fan’s question, the bandmates talked about which superpower they each would prefer. Ryujin wanted the ability to turn back the clock and Yeji chose telekinesis. Lia has always wished she could communicate through telepathy, admitting that it can be difficult and sometimes bothersome to let others know what she thinks or feels. Chaeryeong wanted to have another body (“I can eat all the delicious food!”) while Yuna wished she had a magic wand that would do everything for her.

“It was moving to meet the fans in person after quite a while,” said the youngest member with a huge smile, adding, “Listening to the chants reminded me of the time we came out with ‘ICY,’” their last single.
