The two reporters sported special-edition T-shirts Hong Dam-young brought from the Saudi capital where the band has presented a “whole new level of experience.”

Hong has been to the historic event, the first stadium concert held by a non-Arab, and met many ARMY members (“all so kind and adorable!”) at the site. Although they remained quiet, many walked up to her to say hello to her in Korean and some even thanked her for coming all the way to cover the show, said Hong.

“And they knew all the songs in Korean by heart!” she said, adding that despite the fact that they could only see each other’s eyes, with rest of the body covered with abayas, she could feel their excitement.

BTS has been touring around the world since May, and just about when people thought the stadium tour was almost over, it announced in July that it will hold one in Saudi Arabia. The decision stirred up a slew of controversies, for performing in an ultra-conservative country that has been criticized for human rights issues, but the band stuck to it telling fans that they will go wherever their fans want them to be, Ahn Sung-mi explained.

The nine-piece act fully demonstrate their strength, dancing nonstop while singing and rapping to the pop dance number. With 15 years of career under their belt, the veteran idols play with their roles in the music video that starts at an office and ends at an air field where they have a blast before flying off on a jumbo jet.

Heechul, who is not able to join the choreography due to his leg injury, made a brief appearance in the music video, playing a game with Sindong in an arcade.

Super Junior was planning to upload the video on Monday and celebrate its return as a whole, for the first time in 10 years, with a live broadcast on the same day but both were postponed due to the news of Sulli’s death.

Woong walked into a room to see boxes of their presents prepared by his bandmates on a table and let out a squeal of delight.

“Are these birthday gifts? I am going to unbox them!” he said reaching for the smallest one on top that said “watch.”

As he guessed from the sound it made from shaking the box, it had a wristwatch made out of paper.

“Wow. This is so cool. I’m going to wear this to the airport,” said the birthday boy adding that it should come from Woojin.

Woojin also prepared another one-of-a-kind present: a coupon that gives him the rights to work out together whenever he wants to.

Daehwi gave him the band’s just-released album CD. This is a Woong edition, though, with all the photo cards of him, said the youngest member signing the album jacket.

Youngmin congratulated Woong on the first birthday since they formed the band and wished the latter would like the white hoodie he has “spent a fortune” on.

The trio posed in front of a photo wall before sitting in the front row of Song Zio’s runway show held at DDP in Seoul on Thursday.

Leader Bang Chan sported a denim on denim look in black, and added a layer of trench coat over the jean jacket. The navy trench was left open to show the checkered inside as did Hyunjin’s camel-colored hooded coat. I.N, being the youngest member of the boy band, went for a cuter look, matching a yellow sweater with a ribbon with a black denim finishing off with a beret.

Song, a veteran menswear designer, presented his collection themed after four seasons, each represented by an abstract painting done by the designer himself. Seasoned model-actor Cha Seungwon walked down the runway for the finale of the show that was broadcast live online.
