Seated at tables inside the Oil Tank Culture Park in Seoul, where an Armypedia event was being held, the artists declared that in honor of Korean alphabet day, they would ban themselves from using words borrowed from foreign languages.

“Okay,” answered J-Hope confidently, quickly covering his mouth when he realized that he just did use one.

Then they began a round of questions related to pure Koreans. Despite a number of hints, all seven of them failed miserably to guess the answer to the first question on which Korean expression was equivalent to “Bless you.”

For the second question on dialect used in Jeju Island, they were given a hint from their movie “Bring the Soul” and everyone managed to get the answer except Jimin.

Jimin gradually became nervous as he kept getting questions wrong. After failing to get eight questions right, he asked his bandmates if anyone was willing to share the reward. But he was exhilarated when he finally got it right for questions number 9 and 10.

“Jimin’s reversal has begun!” he declared triumphantly.

“I don’t have time today, I’m afraid. The ticket (sales) for our concert begin at 8 p.m. so I am going to turn this off at 7:50 to give you ten minutes to get ready for purchasing,” he said wishing them luck.

When fans asked him to give some clues about how the band was preparing for the concert, he chuckled and said they were asking the wrong person.

“I am never going to give away any hints,” said the idol.

To a fan who said the concert falls on the fan’s birthday, he promised that he will sing a happy birthday song if he hears someone calling out unless he is in the middle of a performance.

NCT Dream will not be able to go live after the ticket sales finishes, however, he said adding: “Renjun and Chenle have been to China and probably are on the return flight.”

“I am yet to get used to eating alone,” he confessed as he opened the box of drumsticks, his first meal of the day.

Before digging in, though, he thanked fans for showing huge support for the band’s new song “Blind for Love” that has been released the day before through a showcase. His mother and nephew were also present at the event, he said.

“I have spent many nights awake working on it so it was even more rewarding,” said the singer-songwriter.

Relishing every bite, he said many have told him to eat well and gain some weight.

Lee also told fans that he will have to put on hold his weekly V Live segment that came after his presenting appearance, to focus on performing for the new album asking them to understand.

The footage started with Yugyeom who was practicing for his solo stage with a dance crew.

“This is the first time each of us are presenting solo performances one by one. It is a challenge for us too and we are doing our best not to disappoint our fans and to entertain everyone,” he said.

On the plane before takeoff, the youngest member asked Jinyoung, who was sitting next to him, about his upcoming performance.

“I sometimes am scared of myself of how good I can be,” joked Jinyoung with a straight face.

After a rehearsal on the previous day, Yugyeom, the first to kick off the three-day event, said to the camera that he is confident that he will just have to do as he has been practicing.

“My voice is still a little stuffy, though, and is my only concern. But with our fans present, I will be able to enjoy the stage,” he said asking fans to cheer for the band.

As he predicted, he had a great time with fans but when the rest of the bandmates joined later on stage, he confessed: “I was a little nervous without you.”
