“I was extremely happy to see so many of you. You are the best! Thank you for coming!” she said rolling down the window to thank fans lingering outside.

Next to her, Tsuyu sent hearts to fans for complimenting her hair, telling them it was her first time trying out this color.

As the car began to move, they said bye to fans and talked about how close the event venue was to the building of their parent company.

“We even managed to hop back there to eat,” said Tsuyu and Chaeyoung from the backseat.

“That was so nice seeing Once out there,” said Dahyun with a happy grin, referring to the group’s fans.

She added, “It makes me feel reassured that they were still there, instead of leaving all by ourselves. You know the feeling, right?”

Although it was past 10 p.m., Dahyun said, “I am wide awake. We have received three grand prizes!”

“It’s been about 11 hours since I last ate right after arriving at the concert venue,” said Yugyeom, giving two thumbs up to bossam, or boiled pork wrapped in vegetables.

“We had a lot of fun onstage, especially since it has been a while,” said Mark, helping himself to a bowl of tofu soup.

“We are not tired, just starving,” they said, adding they both had cravings for food.

Mentioning the untouched instant noodles, Yugyeom told fans that they both prefer cooked rice. He also tends to stay away from flour before performing onstage, he added.

“I can’t help but be amazed at this. Over 158,000 fans are watching the two of us eat,” said the youngest member of the band after checking the livestreaming app.

“According to my memory, our first award ceremony last year was also Soribada, right?” said Bang Chan as the bandmates recalled that they had received a rookie award at the event.

“But all I can remember is how I continued to stammer (at the time),” said the leader, sending everyone into laughter.

“Today, though, it went so well,” said Changbin.

“Yes. I was waiting for him to make a mistake at certain points but he didn’t. It was perfect,” said Hyunjin.

“As everyone must have felt, there were so many Stays there, and I must have gained strength from them,” said Bang Chan, thanking the group’s official fan community.

Staying true to his promise to keep his comments short but impactful, he said, “Stay, thank you yesterday, thank you today, and thank you tomorrow.”

BTS’ agency held a conference for the first time since it was established 14 years ago, inviting partner firms and investors as well as media to talk about its future plans, said reporter Ahn Sung-mi who attended the briefing.

It was also significant that founder and CEO Bang Si-hyuk talked to the audience in person, as he rarely speaks in public, she said.

One of the biggest news announced at the event was that there would be a BTS-themed TV show, said Yim Hyun-soo, adding that it would be aired in the second half of 2020.

Based on the webtoon “Save Me,” the drama will chronicle the career of the band from the beginning, and for this effort, Big Hit has joined hands with Chorocbaem Media, one of the nation’s biggest production companies.

There also will be another game developed by Netmarble, the maker of BTS World. The two companies have a strong relationship. In addition to being strategic partners, Bang Si-hyuk and CEO of the game company Bang Jun-hyuk are relatives, said Ahn.
