Jackson, Jinyoung and Yugyeom hit the gym after a promotion in New York to keep up with their routine. Under the guidance of their instructor, the trio worked on their muscles and even livestreamed during the workout.

“You are trying to keep your face straight,” said Yugyeom, poking fun at Jackson, who could not help but admit that it was not easy. Taking turns, they cheered for each other and shot video footage.

“Look at those veins (standing out),” said Yugyeom, zooming in on the bandmates’ arms.

After the bandmates lifted weights to work their shoulder muscles, there was only silence.

“Suddenly we have all lost words,” laughed Yugyeom.

Two days before the concert in the US city, all seven members gathered with the staff for a big dinner.

“After the Seoul concert, producer (Park Jinyoung) told us that our live performance has gotten better, not good,” said Jackson, asking the others what could still be improved.

“Do you want me to read the message? I have saved it,” responded Bambam, making everyone laugh.

“This is the first time we came in first place with ‘ICY’ and we are so happy,” said Yeji.

“We were not expecting to win the trophy and we were copying the MC’s gestures when our name was called,” she added.

“Before going onstage, Chaeryeong and I saw that our song was one of the candidates and were grateful just to be included,” said Yuna.

Chaeryeong also thanked fans for being there, especially since the band’s recording was in the very early hours. The girls expressed gratitude to everyone who had sent messages via V Live to congratulate them and give them a pat on the back. When some fans asked why Ryujin was quiet, she confessed that she had been tapping on the heart button.

Haechan had to leave early because of another commitment, and before he did Taeyong and Jaehyun followed him around with the camera.

“Could you turn around for the camera while walking up the stairs?” asked Taeyong.

“I have to excuse myself now, but there are eight of us who are much cooler, so please keep an eye out,” said Haechan.

Then, for a group scene where a wad of bills would be scattered into the air, Taeyong suggested picking two members: The winner would throw the money and the loser would pick up everything.

In the game of rock-paper-scissors that followed, the cleanup duties fell to Mark. Doyoung shouted that he really wanted to win, but he lost to Taeyong. Mark asked his bandmates not to use all the bills, but they declined to oblige.

“Don’t worry, Mark. I will help you,” said Jungwoo, offering a hand.

“I will be wearing these and show you different sides of me,” he said, showing off a rack of clothes prepared by the staff.

“I went home for the first time in almost half a year after wrapping up ‘Produce X 101.’ I caught up with my family and friends,” said Mingyu before admitting that he was blabbering from nervousness.

The performer still indulged fans’ request, though, answering their questions about the audition program.

“The performance for ‘To My World’ is the most memorable since it was the last. ‘Dream for You’ was unforgettable too, because it was the last time we all went onstage together. It was a great song and somehow I got to be the center, allowing me to have a fantastic experience,” he told fans.
