Jooheon of Monsta X didn’t shy away from acting silly as he talked to fans for over an hour in a livestream Sunday.

Cracking a smile and looking into the camera closely, the singer said, “Hello, everyone. It’s been a while. I’ve just finished a concert in Madrid and decided to come on V Live.”

While he thanked fans in Korea for tuning in early in the morning, the singer said it was 1:46 a.m. in Spain.

Despite having had a long day, he was happy to sing a bit of “Who Do You Love” when viewers requested a live performance. Having grown up listening to Michael Jackson, he told viewers that he wanted channel the pop legend while recording the new single.

Jooheon was soon joined by Hyungwon, who was staying next door. The two discussed going on a world tour and choosing a set list.

When Hyungwon mentioned he gets nervous at concerts, Jooheon said concerts are what Monsta X and Monbebes -- the group’s fans -- work together on and told his bandmate not to worry too much.

IZ*ONE streams at night after Taiwan concert

Despite a busy schedule, IZ*ONE managed to go on V Live to talk to fans late at night after wrapping up the group’s first concert in Taiwan.

The group sounded a little worried that it was already past 11 p.m. in Korea and that not many viewers would be up to tune in, but they were soon proven wrong as the stream had been watched more than 155,000 times as of Sunday morning.

Though they always work hard on stage, the 12-piece group said Saturday’s concert in Taiwan was one of the most memorable and nerve-wracking, and that they were sweating after performing the first three songs.

During the stream, the bandmates were visibly moved by fans who cheered in unison earlier.

IZ*ONE is currently on an Asia-wide tour, having performed in Thailand and Taiwan. The group is set to perform in Hong Kong in July before four dates in Japan later this year.

Lovelyz’s Jiae becomes radio DJ for fans

Jiae took on the challenge of being a radio DJ for the third time for fans on V Live on Saturday night.

Cutting a casual figure in a white T-shirt, Jiae kicked off her stream with Busker Busker’s “Yeosu Night Sea,” a fitting choice, she said, for rainy days.

She jumped straight into talking about her weight. “I’m at my heaviest weight in the recent month ... no, heaviest weight ever while on the job,” she said.

In line with the night’s rain theme, as the monsoon season in Korea begins soon, her second pick for the night was “Stars” by Rothy.

“Our promo schedules overlapped and she is very sweet. I think she’s younger than me. We got to be in the waiting room together and she is very kind and sings well,” Jiae praised the fellow singer.

Later, bandmate Yein joined the stream as a special guest. “You haven’t called me in for a long time (to join the stream). I got bored so I was singing while waiting,” she said with a smile.

Via the video, fans were given a little taste of the new album alongside never-before-seen photos. As the title suggests, the group hopes to encapsulate a passionate summer that comes with tropical nights through the EP.

In the meantime, “Mr. Blue” sees the group compare their love interest to a blue sea in the new jack swing tune, while the rhythmic “Paradise” is the group’s take on funk pop. The record also comes with a Korean version of the group’s Japanese track “Flower.”

The seventh album comes nearly six months after the group’s second studio album “Time for Us,” released in January.
