The nine bandmates began the segment with a relay of massages, but instead of sighs of relief, there were yelps of pain.

Seungmin suggested they share their favorite ways to relax after a long day. “For me, it is lying down in the bed and watching my phone,” said I.N, denying that he falls asleep doing so.

“I turn up the volume of music to the highest level and just breathe, on my bed,” said Hyunjin.

For some it was food. “Chocolate makes me happy,” said Felix, while it was “cheesecake that melts in the mouth” for Lee Know.

“Cheesecake and iced Americano (coffee) -- it’s a perfect combo,” chimed in Han.

“I want us to go to a waterpark or a valley. Having watermelon, and some meat, near a stream!” said I.N.

“You have to put the watermelon in the stream to keep it cool,” added Changbin.

“A lot of people have participated in the contest. A lot more than the first held last year,” she said, thanking the participants.

The main dancer of Twice went through clips posted on YouTube that ranged from seriously professional to purely comical.

“This is from the one I picked last year,” she said, showing a male performer who added contemporary dance elements to the choreography of “Fancy.”

When a video showing nine women in colorful clothes similar to the band’s own costumes in the music video began, Momo exclaimed, “Wow! Even the hairdos are the same!” She flashed a thumbs-up for their performance before moving on.

One of the most amazing, however, was a stop-motion video of a robot reenacting her challenging moves.

“How is this made?” wondered the idol, looking at the screen mouth agape.

“It is a little awkward to say that we are busy, but thankfully we have been working nonstop since so many have asked us to come perform,” said Keonhee.

In May, the six-piece act was invited to take part in KCON Japan 2019 -- “very unusual for a rookie band” according to Kpop Herald’s Hong Dam-young -- one of the major festivals presenting K-pop around the world.

“It was the first time for us to perform on such a big stage and also the first we did ‘Twilight.’ So we were nervous and enthused at the same time,” said Hwanwoong.

“So far we have been to Italy to shoot our music video and to Japan for a brief promotion,” said Keonhee, cautiously hoping “to meet fans around the world.”

Answering questions posted online by fans, Seoho admitted to his moment of epiphany. “One of my favorite songs is ‘Talking to the Moon’ by Bruno Mars. And recently our official fandom society’s name has been decided as ‘To Moon’ which felt like destiny,” he said.

Kim Donghan, formerly of JBJ, took to V Live to mark the first anniversary of his solo career.

“Today is the day it has been a year since I turned solo,” he said, applauding himself and thanking fans.

When asked to pick his favorite among the songs written by him, Kim came up with “Born,” the lead single from his five-track EP “D-Night,” released in October last year. He turned on the song, singing along with dramatic expressions and adding chants and chorus.

Fans urged him on to try a rap version, but Kim did not have an instrumental adaptation and did “Focus” instead. Before long, though, he gave up, muttering, “I really don’t know what to do.”

“The concert of course was memorable, but the showcase, a first on my own, was the most unforgettable. I was not nervous when I debuted with JBJ, but that time I was so anxious,” he said looking back on the last 12 months.
