One minute Jackson was lying down on his back winking at the camera and another he was doing push-ups on the floor. Yugyeom, Mark and JB joined the former athlete. After quietly flexing his biceps, Jackson posed for a series of selfies with a Polaroid camera. He impatiently rubbed the polaroids over his chest and was rewarded with a satisfying result.

“This is my best shot ever,” said Jackson describing himself as “hunnam,” which roughly translates as a kind and good-looking guy.

Yugyeom gave it a shot himself, but glancing at the camera, confessed with a bashful smile: “This is kind of embarrassing.”

While all other members were busy signing the pictures, Mark put round GOT7 stickers on all the makeup products he could get his hands on from the table. Then he moved on to the real task of the day, putting stickers featuring each one’s faces on pistachio-colored handheld fans that were to be given out to their fans.

“It has been a popular dish on an episode (of TV show ‘Four Wheeled Restaurant’) in San Francisco and for this I have prepared a recipe for a mini version,” he began reminding fans that he will appear in the next episode of the food show.

“It’s quite simple. Make dough, add some frying mix and fry well. Easy, right?” said Lee.

Going through the ingredient, he threw in some tips. It is better to dip the sausages in boiling water. You don’t have to but that will take away some saltiness,” said the performer admitting that he does not like salty food.

Before putting on disposable gloves to begin cooking in earnest, he assured fans that he had already washed his hands. “The accessories might be better taken off but I am quite concerned about style so I will leave them on,” said Lee chuckling referring to a bracelet on his arm.

“I have missed you so much,” said the former Wanna One member.

“Have you seen this? How did you like it?” he asked. Listing off accompanying DVD, four photo cards, a message card and a poster, the idol showed the book’s cover showing a close-up shot of his face.

“The fact that I had a flower in my mouth must have been notable. Quite a few people have brought a flower to the fan signing and asked me to do it again,” said Bae with a smile.

“At the back of the tome, there is this DVD. It contains my inner thoughts, my dreams through an interview as well as the beautiful scenery of Okinawa,” he explained.

“I asked the photographer to take picture of these hearts I drew on the sand,” said Bae showing the photographs adding they showed “my feelings toward you fans.”

“I filmed a drama (in China) recently and been told that my right side is better,” he said when asked why his let down his hair to cover his right eye. “I don’t like hearing that, since both sides are part of me. So I wanted to let my left side get a ‘massage’ from the camera to balance things out,” the singer said with a sheepish grin.

“Hong Kong to me is an inspiring city. It holds a lot of meaning and every time I come here, it feels different,” said the Taiwan-born performer who has been there on a number of occasions including Mnet Asian Music Awards in 2017 and 2018 as well as a fan meeting in 2017 and a concert in 2018 as a member of Wanna One.

“This time I am meeting the fans on my own so I want to do even better,” he said before going on stage.
