K-pop rookie group ITZY on Saturday released behind-the-scenes footage of its debut showcase that took place last month.

In the clip, the five bandmates were getting ready for their much-touted debut.

“I barely got any sleep, but I am not tired” said Chaeryeong. “I am very nervous.”

“We will do our best to show you what we have prepared,” said Yuna.

The members rehearsed onstage before the showcase. They had in-ear monitors, specially designed for the group, with different letters engraved for each member.

“I am nervous and can’t think of anything. I have butterflies in my stomach,” said Lia before going onstage.

During the showcase, the bandmates performed “Dalla Dalla” from the album “It’z Different,” and answered questions from reporters.

“We want to become a star of 2019,” said Yuna.

“We ask for your attention and love,” said Yeji.
