Treasure 13, a rookie boy band with YG Entertainment, opened its own V Live channel Thursday.

Sitting down in two rows, the bandmates first introduced themselves individually.

They lighted candles on a cake to celebrate their channel’s launch.

According to the members, they had a fun time two days ago, celebrating the birthday of their youngest member Junghwan. It was the first birthday they had met together as a group. Junghwan said it was the most exciting day he had in his whole life.

The members went on to talk about their dorm life, such as which members are roommates, which room is the cleanest and what kind of rules they need to share living space.

They also answered questions from viewers.

Treasure 13 is an umbrella group encompassing two separate idol groups, Treasure and Magnum, whose members are from YG’s survival show “YG Treasure Box.”

The two boy bands are slated to debut within the first half of this year, after spending some time as part of a bigger group, Treasure 13.

Treasure 13 officially kicked off its public activities last Wednesday through V live, and they were welcomed by more than a million viewers in real time.

Treasure has seven members: Haruto, Bang Yedam, So Junghwan, Kim Junkyu, Park Jeongwoo, Yoon Jaehyuk, and Choi Hyunsuk. Magnum consists of six members: Ha
Yoonbin, Mashiho, Kim Doyoung, Yoshinori, Park Jihoon, and Asahi.
