“I am doing V alone and am nervous now,” the leader of the nine-piece group said, streaming from inside a studio at JYP Entertainment’s headquarters in Seoul.

“I.N aired a solo V broadcast a few days ago, becoming the first to do so among us. I wanted to do it myself like I promised on our Christmas broadcast,” he added.

Fluent in Korean and English, he communicated with fans in both languages, asking them to recommend songs that they could listen to together.

During the 37-minute broadcast, he played a number of songs of various artists ranging from Queen and One Direction to Australian band 5 Seconds of Summer and American singer-songwriter Khalid.

“Do a cover? Yes, I shall do a cover. I don’t know when, but one day!” he said.
